1. Space will be 20x20  (Extra Space available for $75 fee)
2. 110 Power (Extra Power available for $50 fee)
3. Water, dirty water disposal, ask disposal, Port-O-Potties on-site
4. Load times start on Friday, July 22nd at 8am to 6:30pm
5. Meat Inspection Friday, July 22nd 9am to 7pm
6. Turn in times Saturday July 23rd
12 Noon:        Chicken
12:30pm:        Ribs
1:00 pm:         Pork Butt
1:30 pm:         Brisket
7.  Awards will be at 5:00 pm
8.  Special Arrangements can be made

9. Limited to 35 teams maximum

Competition Fee:

$200 before June 30th
$250 after June 30th

If you are selling samples (mentioned below)
you will need Health Dept Cert.
$50 for Health Department
$10 for each additional day

We will be selling $2 tickets,
each sample will be One Ticket
You will turn in tickets and
we will give $25 to you
and split remaining 50/50

We will have festival bands for 4 members per team.
Please let us know and we will make arrangements if more
needed.
